ViaSat Inc., Eutelsat Communications in broadband JV

ViaSat Inc. and Eutelsat Communications announced an agreement to create a joint venture combining Eutelsat’s current European broadband business with ViaSat’s industry-broadband technologies and consumer Internet Service Provider (ISP) business expertise.
