ULA vice president of engineering resigns after ‘inaccurate’ statements

Brett Tobey, ULA vice president of engineering, has resigned after saying the firm last year refused to bid on a GPS III launch service contract because it was hoping to avoid a “cost shootout” with SpaceX.
