New Japanese spy satellite in orbit

Rocket: H-IIA; Payload: IGS Radar 5; Date: 17 March 2017, 0120 UTC; Launch site: Tanegashima Space Center, Japan. The reconnaissance satellite was successfully placed in orbit.
