RSC Energia appoints Acting General Director

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of RSC Energia held in the form of absent voting, a decision was taken to suspend the General Director of RSC Energia, Vladimir Solntsev from 4 August 2018 due to the termination an employment contract with him by agreement of the parties.
