NEC and Mexican Space Agency collaborate in satellite development

NEC Corporation and the Mexican Space Agency (AEM), under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of advanced satellites.
