SpaceDev acquired by Sierra Nevada Corporation

SpaceDev, Inc. announced that privately held Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) has completed the acquisition of SpaceDev by way of a merger of a wholly owned subsidiary of SNC into SpaceDev.
