Cobham plc combines SATCOM businesses

Cobham plc has established a new strategic business unit (SBU) – Cobham SATCOM – that combines all of the Group’s satellite communications businesses into one organisation, following the successful acquisition and integration of Danish satcom company Thrane & Thrane earlier this year.

Honeywell to be exclusive Inmarsat GX provider for in-flight broadband

Honeywell and Inmarsat PLC have agreed to make Honeywell the exclusive wireless airtime reseller for Inmarsat Global Xpress Ka-band aircraft connectivity services and hardware for business aviation jet customers.

Ex-Im approves US$118 million in financing to Vietnam for Vinasat 2
