Eutelsat America Corp., the U.S. subsidiary of Eutelsat Communications, announced that Tachyon Networks is expanding its broadband capacity over Southwest Asia with a capacity lease on SESAT 2 (which is what Eutelsat calls its 12-transponder capacity aboard Ekspress AM22).
