Rocket: Delta IV Heavy; Payload: NROL-49; Date: 20 January 2011, 2210 UTC; Launch Site: Vandenberg Air Force Base, USA. The launch of the classified satellite for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office was successful.

Launched aboard a Zenith-3 SB rocket from Baikonur on 20 January, Russian weather satellite Electro-L has successfully separated from the Fregat-SB upper stage and reached the targeted orbit at 2128 UTC.

The launch of the H-IIB Launch Vehicle No. 2 (H-IIB F2) with Japan’s HTV2 “Kounotori2″ cargo transporter to the International Space Station onboard has been rescheduled.

The 200th Ariane launcher has been delivered to Arianespace at the Spaceport, where it will receive the Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV) payload for lift-off on 15 February on a servicing mission to the International Space Station.
