New flight software to prevent Kepler safing events

ISS-Reshetnev boasts new satellite platforms

Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems said its new satellites will be bigger and last longer than their predecessors, thanks to new platforms and advanced materials.

Progress cargo vessel docks with ISS

The International Space Station’s 37th Progress unpiloted cargo craft docked to the Pirs docking compartment of the International Space Station on 1 May at 1830 UTC.

APT satellite orders backup satellite from TAS

APT Satellite said in a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has entered into a satellite procurement contract with Thales Alenia Space France for the manufacturing and delivering of APSTAR 7B, a backup for APSTAR 7 that is to replace APSTAR 2R in 2012.

OHB System, SSTL sign Galileo payload contract

OHB-System AG, a subsidiary of OHB Technology AG, has signed the delivery contract with British subcontractor Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. (SSTL) for the payloads for the first 14 Galileo navigation satellites.

SKY Perfect JSAT renews contract with Integral Systems
