GomSpace and ESA have signed a development contract at a value of EUR1,425,000 for GomSpace Luxembourg SARL’s continued development of the Mega-Constellation Operations Platform (MCOP) product.

The Soyuz MS-13 spacecraft and its crew have completed redocking from the International Space Station (ISS)’s Zvezda module to the Poisk module. The operation to redock the spacecraft was carried out in manual mode.

The recently launched Soyuz MS-14 on Saturday failed to automatically dock at the ISS on schedule and started retreating from the station. Later, the spacecraft was pulled to a safe distance from the ISS. Roskosmos will make a second attempt to dock to the International Space Station (ISS) in the morning of 27 August.

Chinese scientists have conducted experiments on pulsar navigation with an X-ray space telescope, and the technology could be used in future deep space exploration and interplanetary or interstellar travel.
