EchoStar again shuffles executives

EchoStar Communications Corporation announced that it has appointed Carl Vogel as president, overseeing day-to-day operations for DISH Network, effective immediately. Mr. Vogel will continue to serve as vice chairman of EchoStar’s board of directors.
