Motient Corporation (MNCP) announced the close of the transactions that will consolidate the ownership and control of TerreStar Networks Inc. under Motient, and will consolidate the ownership and control of Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (MSV) and its corporate general partner under SkyTerra.
