Metop Launch Postponed By High Wind

For the second time in as many days, launch of the Metop satellite on a Soyuz vehicle was postponed. The Oct. 18 attempt was scrubbed due to strong winds at the launch site, and the mission has been scheduled for Oct. 19, at 6:28…
