SkyPort calls off RAMTelecom acquisition

RAMTelecom Inc. and SkyPort Global Communications Inc. announced that they have reached a mutual agreement to terminate the proposed acquisition of RAMTelecom by SkyPort and, alternatively, strengthen their alliance.
