FCC says MSV has met physical construction milestone

The International Bureau of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission determined that Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC (MSV) has met the beginning physical milestone associated with the authorisation for the construction of the MSV-1 satellite.
