TRUTHS – a satellite to calibrate satellites

The UK’s National Physical Laboratory has proposed TRUTHS (Traceable Radiometry Underpinning Terrestrial- and Helio-Studies), a satellite mission to improve tenfold the accuracy of Earth observation satellites used to deliver climate change and other data.
