SpaceDev to develop payload for International Lunar Observatory

SpaceDev, Inc. has been awarded a contract by the International Lunar Observatory Association (ILOA) of Hawaii to conduct requirements definition and preliminary design of the ILO spacecraft’s astrophysics and communications payload.
