Kizuna completes critical operation phase

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) shifted the attitude control mode of the Kizuna (Wideband InterNetworking engineering test and Demonstration Satellite, WINDS) to the regular control mode and completed its critical operation phase.
