European Commission clears proposed acquisition of SSTL by EADS

The European Commission has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the UK-based satellite manufacturer Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL) by EADS.

TerreStar Europe’s application for S-band spectrum accepted

TerreStar Europe Limited, a European mobile communications company and an indirect, majority-owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation, announced that its application with the European Commission (EC) for a Pan-European 2GHz MSS S-band spectrum authorisation has been accepted and fulfils the Commission’s admissibility requirements.

KSC chooses SRA for Constellation launch control systems

Eutelsat Hot Bird 9, W2M pre-launch details

NPP Mission Operations Readiness review completed
