ViaSat demos 8 Mbps airborne broadband via 30-cm Ka-band satellite antenna

ViaSat Inc. said it conducted a major public demonstration for members of the U.S. armed services during which it unveiled what it said is the industry’s highest performance mobile broadband system using an ultra-small aperture 30-cm Ka-band tracking antenna.
