Boeing shipped its fourth Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellite to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station to undergo final preparations for a scheduled January launch. NASA’s new Mars rover, Curiosity, will be launched on 25 November from Cape Canaveral in Florida on an Atlas V rocket.
