Galileo IOV constellation complete after Soyuz launch

Rocket: Soyuz ST-B; Payload: two Galileo IOV satellites; Date: 12 October 2012, 1815 UTC; Launch Site: Sinnamary, French Guiana. All the stages of the Soyuz vehicle performed as planned and the Fregat-MT upper stage released the Galileo satellites into their targeted orbit at 23 222 km altitude, 3 hours 45 minutes after lift-off.
