Rocket: Kuaizhou; Payload: Kuaizhou II; Date: 21 November 2014, 0637 UTC; Launch site: Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, China. The satellite will be used to monitor natural disasters and provide disaster-relief information, Xinhua news agency said.
