Aerojet Rocketdyne moves forward with AR1 engine testing

Aerojet Rocketdyne (AJRD) and NASA Stennis Space Center signed a Space Act Agreement for test services and test stand support of the AR1 multi-element pre-burner and main injector.

SBIRS HEO-4 shipped

The fourth Space Based Infrared System Highly Elliptical Orbit payload was shipped on 13 May from Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems in Azusa, California, by Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, the SBIRS prime contractor.
