Rocket Lab launches Japanese Earth-imaging satellite into orbit from New Zealand

An Electron booster lifted off from Rocket Lab’s New Zealand launch site today (Dec. 15), carrying a synthetic aperture radar satellite for the Japanese Earth-imaging company Synspective.
