Satellite TV Bringing Students Back to the Dorms

Over the years many small or local post secondary institutions have begun to offer student housing. Whereas in the past it was far more common for students to commute to campus, and continue living with parents or relatives while studying, the average small school today has been around long enough to form an area of specialization.
