Rocket Lab announces reusability plans for Electron rocket

Rocket Lab has revealed plans to recover and re-fly the first stage of its Electron launch vehicle. The move aims to enable Rocket Lab to further increase launch frequency by eliminating the need to build a new first stage for every mission.

Spaceflight’s 2nd rideshare mission with Rocket Lab in mid-August

Intelsat 39, EDRS-C in orbit

Maxar Technologies announced that the high-power Intelsat 39 communications satellite, built for Intelsat, is performing according to plan. Contact was also established with EDRS-C, the second passenger on the most recent Ariane 5 launch.

Millennium Space Systems to test orbital debris solutions
