Astra 1L operational; enables satellite moves

The Astra 1L broadcasting satellite, designed and built by Lockheed Martin and launched from Kourou, French Guiana, on 5 May, is now operational for SES Astra, following successful on-orbit deployment and checkout of all spacecraft systems.
