IPSTAR Enters Malaysian Market

Shin Satellite PCL announced that the company has signed a co-operation agreement with TIME dotCom Berhad, a Malaysian Telecommunications solutions provider, to deploy IPSTAR broadband satellite services in Malaysia within the fourth quarter of 2007.
