Special Russian ‘business practices’ may delay Soyuz-Kourou

Strange things are going on at the Russian company that is building the mobile service tower to be used for Soyuz-ST launches from Kourou (or, more exactly, Sinnamary). “The company Mir has been seized and robbed,” Mir director-general Vladimir Gnezdilov claimed today.
