Galaxy Express: YAPPPP (Yet Another PPP Problem)

JAXA and Japanese companies, which have set up a public-private partnership (PPP) to develop the medium-sized Galaxy Express (GX) launch vehicle, disagree on how to proceed with the troubled project, the Yomiuri Shimbun reports.
