RRSat acquires Hawley Teleport

RRsat Global Communications Network Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, RRsat Global Communications Inc., has entered into an agreement to acquire the Hawley Teleport located in Pennsylvania, USA, for approximately US$4.25 million.
