Astrium books Falcon 1e launch

Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) and Astrium announced a contract for a SpaceX Falcon 1e to launch an Earth observation satellite designed by Astrium or its subsidiary Surrey Satellite Technology (SSTL).

Astrium, Thales Alenia Space to work on INVAP’s Arsat-1

Turkey to launch first domestic EO satellite

Update: Vinasat-2 planned for launch in 2012
