The United States is known as a country with an incredibly high rate of television viewership; it’s the land where ratings rule all, and where there is a practically limitless variety of programming options to choose from. In short, we Americans like variety, and we like technology, and that means that we are simply predisposed to being a TV-enjoying nation.
