Chinas launches new navigation satellite

Rocket: Chang Zheng 3C; Payload: Beidou-2 Compass-G1 (Beidou-G1?); Date: 16 January 2010, 1612 UTC; Launch site: Xichang Space Centre, China. The satellite was deployed into geostationary transfer orbit 10 hours later.
