Update: Galaxy 15 customers to transition to Galaxy 12 following anomaly

It has emerged that Intelsat has lost contact with Galaxy 15. However, the root cause is still unknown. Meanwhile there is speculation that the launch of SES-1, like G-15 an Orbital Star-2 model, might be delayed.
