Some people have jobs where they go in at 9:00 in the morning and leave punctually at 6:00 each evening. They come home and are able to enjoy their evenings without shedding a single thought on what they did at work that day, or what they will do tomorrow. For others, work can be a lot more stressful, especially if your schedule is abnormal or complicated.
