U.S. Bankruptcy Court confirms Sea Launch plan of reorganisation

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware has approved the Sea Launch Plan of Reorganisation. Sea Launch Company LLC filed the Plan on 10 May in preparation for its emergence from Chapter 11.
