Russia plans to launch 10 rockets in the first quarter of 2011, Interfax news agency reported. The country plans to launch about 50 spacecraft in total this year.

Orbital Sciences Corporation announced that the Glory satellite has arrived at Vandenberg Air Force Base to be integrated with the company’s Taurus XL rocket that will launch the satellite into low-Earth orbit in late February.
