Rocket recycling: Shuttle SRB + Ariane 5 core = Liberty?

ATK and Astrium announced they were working together in response to NASA’s Commercial Crew Development-2 (CCDev-2) procurement. The team is offering NASA launch services with a rocket dubbed Liberty, basically a combination of existing space shuttle and Ariane 5 elements.
