India wants out of old S-Band contract deal

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has formed a high-level commission to look into allegations of revenue losses in the allocation of S-band spectrum between ISRO’s commercial arm, Antrix, and private company Devas Multimedia Pvt. Ltd.
