Russia launches first GLONASS-K satellite

Rocket: Soyuz-2.1b/Fregat; Payload: GLONASS-K; Date: 26 February 2011, 0307 UTC; Launch Site: Plesetsk, Russia. The navigation spacecraft was accurately placed on the target orbit.
