Germany plans to boost its stake in European Aeronautic, Defence & Space Co. by up to 12% by purchasing shares owned by Daimler AG and possibly the Dedalus consortium, Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing sources close to the government.

Intelsat S.A. and Jain TV Group’s Noida Software Technology Park Limited (NSTPL), an Indian provider of satellite broadcast infrastructure services, announced the selection of Intelsat to provide satellite capacity for a new digital cable television distribution platform for India.
