Brazil wants to launch dual use satellite by 2014

Brazil plans to launch a dual-use communications satellite, Communications Minister Paulo Bernardo Silva was quoted as saying. Officials hope to have the satellite operational in time for the 2014 football [soccer] World Cup tournament in Brazil.
