PSLV launches Indian Radar Imaging Satellite

Rocket: PSLV C-19; Payload: RISAT-1; Date: 26 April 2012, 0017 UTC; Launch site: Satish Dhawan space centre, Sriharikota, India. The Radar Imaging Satellite unfurled its solar panels to generate electricity and deployed its 6-m radar array antenna a few minutes after separating from the PSLV upper stage.
