Upcoming commercial PSLV launches

India will launch two foreign satellites on board its Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C21) rocket in August this year, said P.S. Veeraraghavan, director, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC). Former ISRO chairman G.
