NASA launch contracts for Delta II, Falcon 9

NASA has selected United Launch Services LLC to launch the Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP), Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) and Joint Polar Satellite System-1 (JPSS-1) spacecraft. The spacecraft will launch in October 2014, July 2014 and November 2016, respectively, aboard Delta II rockets from Vandenberg Air Force Base. Soyuz ‘Light’ test to begin this year

MSG-3 handed over to EUMETSAT

Astrium delivers airborne satcoms to Canada
