‘Express’ Progress cargo ship launched to ISS

Rocket: Soyuz-U; Payload: Progress M-16M [Progress 48P]; Date: 1 August 2012, 1935 UTC; Launch site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan. The unmanned progress vessel is to dock to the International Space Station only six hours after launch (too late for this issue).
