SBSS ready two years after launch

U.S. Air Force Space Command said the new Space Based Surveillance Satellite had achieved its initial level of capability and was ready to support U.S. military requirements nearly two years after the satellite was launched. The delay was linked to problems with a piece of electronics on board.
